We are looking for experienced IT Support Specialists / Technical Analysts who will join our team of professionals and will deliver local technical support and resolve incidents and requests.
More specifically you will:
- Support over 3 000 IT users in almost 200 locations
- Day to day management of data center environment resources and global wireless solution
- Monitoring, backup maintenance, vulnerability management, checking capacity
- Covering technologies around AD, Group Policy, Servers/OS and Storage, Backup, Email, WAN/LAN, Security, Internet, Remote Access
- Cooperate with the problem management team to suggest improvements
