Job description

We are looking for experienced IT Support Specialists / Technical Analysts who will join our team of professionals and will deliver local technical support and resolve incidents and requests.

More specifically you will:

  • Support over 3 000 IT users in almost 200 locations
  • Day to day management of data center environment resources and global wireless solution
  • Monitoring, backup maintenance, vulnerability management, checking capacity
  • Covering technologies around AD, Group Policy, Servers/OS and Storage, Backup, Email, WAN/LAN, Security, Internet, Remote Access
  • Cooperate with the problem management team to suggest improvements
Requirements
  • Strong command of English (C1)
  • Excellent technical background covering Microsoft technologies
  • 5 and more years of experience supporting a complex Windows based environment
  • Knowledge of SQL, Backup technologies, Cisco Meraki and wireless technology
  • Working knowledge of ITIL
