Our client is a well-established, rapidly growing international company that is currently looking for a new member for their team. Right now they are looking for a Key Account Manager.

These will be your daily responsibilities:

• Customer Service Management of 30+ Customer Accounts
• Key Account management and contributing on potential growth of these accounts including their healthy state
• Customer care, creating relationships with customers and maintenance of these key relationships
• Determine possible areas for business growth.
• Proactive evaluation of internal KPIs to guarantee service excellence
• Organize efforts to achieve financial goals.
• Using key account KPIs, prepare periodical reports on progress and forecasts for internal stakeholders
• Propose and offer a customized solution, have a complete awareness of the important consumer wants and criteria.
• Deal with concerns and any issues consumers may have to preserve confidence
