Junior Procurement Specialist (Part-Time) | UK Citizens
Job description
We are currently looking for a Junior Procurement Specialist to support procurement operations in an international, cross-functional environment. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience with end-to-end procurement processes while working with stakeholders across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end procurement operations and purchasing workflows
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation, systems, and reporting
- Ensure procurement tasks are completed within agreed SLAs
- Support compliance with procurement policies and internal procedures
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the procurement team
Start date: ASAP
Contract length: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
Location: Prague 3
Requirements
- UK citizenship
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or procurement operations is an advantage
- Experience with procurement or ERP systems is a plus
