Job description

As JUNIOR BUSINESS PARTNER you will be a part of an exclusive international FPA team and you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the financial fieldwork for given area – proper set-up in ERP systems, reporting, month-end closing (Revenues/Costs), forecasting, budgeting, following-up the unbilled revenues, solving various issues
  • Monitor the financial results of the given area and explain variances
  • Key focus on revenue recognition agenda based on policies
  • Understanding and challenging current business practice, identifying and implementing initiatives to improve process and common practices
  • Participation to the annual audit (internal & external).
  • Participate and contribute to the corporate initiatives and projects as required
Requirements
  • University degree (Finance preferred – min. Bachelor level) / MBA / ACA / ACCA.
  • Previous work experience in accounting field
  • US GAAP knowledge (advantage), knowledge of accounting principles (must)
  • Language skills – English (fluent), other EU languages (French/Spanish/Italian/Dutch)
  • Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
