As JUNIOR BUSINESS PARTNER you will be a part of an exclusive international FPA team and you will be responsible for:
* support a number of stakeholders and commercial teams
* providing decision making support through proper financial information reporting, analysis and other insight
* building the relationship with business partners
* monthly closing activities under given area
* maximizing business profit and controlling costs
* understanding and challenging current business practice
* identifying and implementing initiatives to improve process and deliver business growth objectives
* participation to the annual audit (internal & external).
* facilitate Budgeting, Forecasting and Analysis
* University degree (Finance preferred – min. Bachelor level)
* Previous work experience in finance field
* US GAAP knowledge (advantage), * Knowledge of accounting principles (must)
Language skills – English (fluent), other EU languages
* Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
* SAP knowledge is an advantage
