Join EMEA Talent Acquisition team!

We are searching for new colleague for CSEE countries IT Talent Consultant / Researcher.

You will be responsible for:

  • Proactive searching and identification of candidates (active/passive) that match the desired skill set for a current/ future job opening in SW area.
  • Actively and independently searching for candidates with usage of networking tools
  • Keeping database up to date
  • Hold the entire process like kick off call with hiring manager, advertising, sourcing, screening etc...
  • Supporting Recruitment team in operational activities
  • Participation in Employer Branding activities and project

Part-time contract till the end of this calendar year with high probability of prolongation in case of satisfaction.

Salary: 200 - 250 CZK/h

Location: Praha 7

Start: immediately

Requirements
  • Willing to have career in IT Talent Sourcing
  • Experience in similar position is must
  • English on communication level (B2)
  • Guru in communication via social network and searching
  • Orientation in IT world
  • Knowledge of SW languages for the sourcing purpose
  • Goal oriented person
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Creatively and pro-activity
