Job description

Immediate start date for IT Support. Grafton is looking for new members of technical support team here in Prague. If you can read this job description and have some IT/technical background, you are the one we are looking for!

Your main accountabilities would be processing all request for modification and password resets, to ensure proper authorizations and approvals are obtained for requests and execute ad-hoc queries to provide production data statistics; you will be using Active Directory to maintain this agenda

  • Some relevant experience in managing digital identities and user accounts.
  • Fluency (Written and spoken) of the English language.
