- Be able to complete various requests and process them within ServiceDesk
- Be able to prioritzie tasks and manage them on time

Requirements
- Fluent English and German
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and IT skills.
- Experience as technical support or IT help desk or customer service
- Proactive personality, customers oriented!
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written capabilities.
- Team player, positive approach.
- Experience in trouble shooting, as Service Desk and Incident and Request Management
