An international technological company is now establishing a new team of IT supporters which will shelter complex technical/customer support activities.
Your tasks
- Support of IT applications (Workday)
- Assisting and controlling with problem-solving
- Preparing evaluation reports
- Overseeing processes within HR platform application
- Supporting users of the platform
- Data administration
- Managing incidents and configurations
Requirements
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Similar experience with IT background
- Knowledge of Workday application is a must
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Friendly, quality-oriented team member
