Job description

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Providing IT support (L1, L2) to internal customers on daily basis
  • Consulting on IT solutions based on customer needs
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware and software
  • Troubleshooting and maintaining onsite IT equipment

Start: ASAP

Contract: Full-time for 6 months

Location: Prague 9

Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint
  • Passion for IT and for learning new things
  • Knowledge in IT hardware (CISCO, printers, network etc.)
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Customer oriented and proactive attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
