Your responsibilities will be:
- Providing IT support (L1, L2) to internal customers on daily basis
- Consulting on IT solutions based on customer needs
- Installing and configuring computer hardware and software
- Troubleshooting and maintaining onsite IT equipment
Start: ASAP
Contract: Full-time for 6 months
Location: Prague 9
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint
- Passion for IT and for learning new things
- Knowledge in IT hardware (CISCO, printers, network etc.)
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Customer oriented and proactive attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
