Job description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our international team and support IT procurement activities across Europe and the United States.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with systems and data, collaborating with people, and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll be a key link between IT teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, helping to keep processes organized, costs under control, and contracts in good order.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing Purchase Orders, including requisitions and tracking POs and invoices
  • Tracking IT spend and keeping procurement tools up to date
  • Supporting the rollout and use of end-to-end procurement processes across EU and US entities
  • Managing and maintaining IT supplier contracts, ensuring everything is compliant and well documented
  • Coordinating the transfer of contracts between different legal entities
  • Working closely with EU IT leads to monitor local spend and activities
  • Partnering with local IT teams to support IT service requests
  • Being the go-to person for suppliers when it comes to invoicing and billing questions
  • Supporting cost recharging and financial reconciliation

It’s a great fit if you have:

  • Previous experience with supplier and contract management
  • Experience working in a corporate or international environment
  • Exposure to Telecoms or third-party service providers
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles
  • Experience with Power BI
  • French language skills (a plus)

Requirements

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in procurement or a related function
  • Solid understanding of source-to-pay / procure-to-pay processes
  • Basic understanding of IT functions and services
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Good financial acumen and comfort working with numbers
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal IT stakeholders
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel
