Job description:

• Assist with service desk
• Support internal colleagues via phone, mail and user portals
• 1st line support to English speaking customers
• Handling calls/chats
• Resolving tickets
• reporting

Longterm cooperation for 20 hours/week.

Salary 150 CZK/h

Location: Prague 4 - near Chodov metro station

Salary: 150 CZK/hour
