Job description

Are you looking for a job that allows you to work part-time from home and part-time in an office setting? You might assist the team by performing the following:

  • Operate as a contact point both for internal and external individuals.
  • Maintain contact with suppliers as well as the facility.
  • Assisting in the billing process and invoicing
  • Assist with business travel planning
  • Administrative tasks that occur at the last minute
Requirements
  • Written and Spoken fluency in English and Czech 
  • MS Office user
  • Proactive
  • 2+ years of experience in a comparable profession is preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
