No problem - training is provided in Germany and it will take about one month. Location of the position will be near the center of Prague. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for administrative tasks in SAP module and also organizating employee data.
Key Responsibilities.
* Creation of SAP time management reports, specifically time management error lists (deviations in employee work shifts)
* Evaluating error lists and sending them to appropriate superiors
* Creation of overtime data reports in SAP
* Communication with ServiceDesk and team members
* Training provided - suitable as start in HR
* English and German (B2+)
* Motivation to work in the HR sector
* SAP knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement (we will provide you with the necessary training)
