Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Junior HR Specialist to join our client's team.

Main responsibilities include the following:

  • Manage HR internal processes and communication with employees
  • Collaborate on the implementation of HR programs
  • Manage HR projects, such as the standardization of HR processes and benefits
  • Communicate with employees and managers to address, analyze, and resolve their queries
  • Conduct HR data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) on compensation projects
  • Provide training to the HR community
  • Support the proper implementation of changes to collective bargaining agreements
  • Support and coordinate mobility programs
  • Work closely with and support the HR Delivery team
Requirements
  • Experience in HR (Min. 3 years), preferably in an international setting
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools at an advanced level, especially MS Excel
  • Fluent German (C1) and English (C1) and communicative French (B1-B2)
  • Must have previous experience in HR or Customer Service or Administration
  • Comp&Ben orientation and knowledge of HR information systems is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous HR experience is a big advantage
