Your Responsibilities

  • Recruit and place workers
  • Help manage employee relations and related programs
  • Oversee employee performance reviews

  • Keep up-to-date employee records
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 year experience in a complex HR
  • Timely and accurate fulfilment of various tasks
  • Ability to work in international teams and environment
  • Fluent English AND German
  • Comfortable with using Excel
