HR Specialist with French | Workplace Accommodations

What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end workplace accommodation cases, ensuring a smooth and compliant process
- Review accommodation requests and assess eligibility in line with company policies and applicable legislation
- Partner with internal teams to identify appropriate workplace solutions
- Communicate accommodation decisions and coordinate implementation with all relevant stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor on workplace accommodations, return-to-work processes, and disability-related matters
- Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure timely updates in internal systems
- Deliver guidance and training to employees, managers, and HR partners on accommodation processes
- Manage a high-volume caseload while meeting service level agreements and quality standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support cross-functional projects.

Requirements
- Experience in HR, Employee Relations, Leave of Absence, Benefits, or a similar employee support function
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skill
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Customer-focused mindset
- Knowledge of workplace accommodation or disability legislation is an advantage
