We are looking for someone to join the HR team in an international company based in Prague.

Successful candidates have held positions in customer service or HR area and/or holds a degree in the field of HR or related. You will interact with HR Business Partners, HR Service Owners, operations managers as well as most levels of leadership throughout the company.

Currently, there are two roles opened: Off-boarding Specialist and Compensation & Benefits Specialist.

As an Off-boarding Specialist you would be responsible for processing employees leaves, interpreting company policies and procedures, advising employees, participation in projects and migrations, and process improvement.

As Compensation & benefits Specialist you would act as a liaison between managers and employees and you would interpret personnel policies and procedures. You would advise employees to make the best choices regarding benefits elections and you would prepare reports and maintain HR data to relevant systems.

In both roles you would be also responsible for:

  • Providing feedback for process improvement
  • Preparation and contribution to reports and presentations on program planning and evaluations
  • Assembling personnel and benefits files and maintain filing as needed
  • Performing Data lookup as well as data entry
  • Taking care of advisory and HR administrative transactional activities in the areas of payroll, contracts, personnel documentation, etc.
