Job description

Do you enjoy working with people, solving complex cases, and improving processes? We're looking for someone who wants to build a career in HR Operations while taking ownership of payroll processes for an international company.

What you’ll do:

  • Take ownership of the payroll process for one country or legal entity
  • Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with local legislation
  • Support payroll accounting and resolve more complex employee and stakeholder queries
  • Collaborate with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders across different teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to new payroll implementations and projects

Contract for limited period with possibility of extension

Start: ASAP

Location: Prague 8

Requirements
  • Previous experience in payroll, HR operations, shared services, or a similar administrative role
  • Good understanding of payroll processes and employment legislation
  • English and Spanish at a professional working level
  • Knowledge of areas such as taxes, social security, benefits, pensions, terminations, or garnishments is an advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to improve existing processes
