Job description

We are looking for a new team member to provide high-quality HR services and support to employees and managers across the EMEA region.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure implementation and delivery of HR solutions within the assigned area across EMEA.
  • Handle and escalate HR requests related to the employee lifecycle; review and approve transactions as needed.
  • Use HR technologies and internal resources to provide accurate information and support to both employees and managers.
  • Conduct audits and transaction validations; ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data.
  • Continuously improve processes: reduce resolution time and minimize recurring queries.

Start: immediately

Location: Praha 8

Contract: 12m

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing HR processes within a defined area.
  • Familiarity with processes throughout the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor.
