Key responsibilities:

  • Administration of benefits for employees
  • Onboarding and offboarding
  • HR events promotion
  • Direct interaction with internal staff
  • Pre-screenings and job postings for recruiting purposes
  • Payroll-related tasks such as updating the payroll database
  • Upkeep of information in internal systems
  • Performance reviews
  • Production of HR documents and training documents
  • Assistance with internal training
  • Support with internal trainings
Requirements
  • Education in HR or Business Administration
  • Professional level of English and German (B2+)
  • Relevant Experience at least 1 year (Ideally HR Generalist position)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of labour laws
  • Interest to grow in the field of Human Rights
  • Independence
