Responsibilities
- Ownership over procurement project management within FMCG sector.
- Develop and execute strategic procurement initiatives to optimize supplier selection and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of sourcing professionals, fostering skill development and leadership growth
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and pricing negotiations to enhance service quality
- Enhance sourcing processes and drive operational improvements through
data-driven insights
Requirements
What you already have:
- Advanced English Spoken and Written form (C1)
- Fluent German or French are preferred (B2 at least)
- Must have; other languages, Czech/French/German/Spanish/Italian/Arabic/Romanian/Polish
- Broad experience spanning the FMCG direct procurement
- In-depth understanding of Procurement Outsourcing strategies and workflows
- Must-have experience in Consulting services
- Proven experience in managing medium to large teams, both remotely and across multiple locations internationally
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Strong competence in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement management systems
- Analytical skills and knowledge applicable to procurement activities
- Willingness to travel to client sites when necessary
