Job description

Do you have experience from administration? Do you want to use English daily? Then the position of FINANCIAL SUPPORT for 20hours per week is for you!

Main responsibilities:

  • management and scanning of invoices
  • upload invoices to the database
  • transfer invoices into pdf format
  • cooperation with other departments
  • use of MS Excel
  • reporting

Cooperation for 20 hours per week

Flexibile work schedule

Start: February 2020

Location: Prague 9

Requirements
  • Min. secondary education, economic / finance field is advantage
  • Previous experience from administration is a need
  • Advanced level of English (will be used daily)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel (macros is a huge plus)
  • Knowldge of Microsoft Access is an advantage
  • Good technical skills
  • Reliability, focus on detail, flexibility
  • Willingness to learn
