We are looking for an experienced Manager to supporting financial processes improvement in the organisation.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Leading and supporting company-wide programs or Finance and Accounting focused projects
- Identifying opportunities for improvement
- Management of project resources
- Monitoring the progress of the project/programme from initiation to implementation
- Developing/implemeting methodologies to streamline processes. Leading standardization based on business feedback and contributing to budget planning for special projects.
- Project planning - working with business and finance units to develop project plans, including formulation of achievement metrics.
- Involvement in project implementation - supporting project teams in dealing with day-to-day responsibilities. Managing communication between teams (dependencies, problems, conflicts between units).
- Identification of project risks.
- Project reporting - designing and implementing tracking and reporting mechanisms for use by project teams and senior leadership.
- Monitoring and reporting on progress, return on investment, performance, risks.
Requirements
- Min. bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Min. 7 years of experience in project management/finance
- Experience with process design and continuous improvement projects (including experience in creating project charters, project plans)
- Experience working with Finance functions
- Experience working for a global company and knowledge of global processes and systems
- Knowledge of SAP (S4/Hana is preferred)
It's a big advantage if you have:
- Experience in Six Sigma/ LEAN
- Experience with change management
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods environment
