Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and back-office support for educational programs and events
  • Managing orders, invoices, and communication with suppliers
  • Entering and checking data (costs, attendance, forecasts)
  • Preparing presentations and reports on event performance
  • Supporting the team during larger events and projects
  • Handling ad hoc tasks

Start date: Immediately

Location: Prague – Karlín

Contract: Full-time, 12-month fixed-term employment

Requirements
  • Experience in administration
  • Fluent communication in English
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and a responsible approach
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Interest in long-term employment in an administrative role
