Your main tasks will be:
- Implement the global event strategy with a local touch in CEE region
- Define the local events calendar with key stakeholders
- Plan and execute events on the local event calendar (hospitality, seminars, conferences, sponsorships/fairs, roadshows, product/platform launches)
- Define business briefs on all events (event objective, topic, agenda, speakers, location, target audience)
- Organize booking of venue, speakers, internal speakers, catering and travel bookings
- Organize and order all marketing collaterals
- Create communication plan (for individual events)
- Cooperate with Sales and Relationship Managers and with local head manage
- Communicate with management and other event managers (support global projects)
- Keep overview of external speakers and industry speakers
- Reporting to manager
- 2-3 years of relevant experience (preferably in CEE area, Russia etc.)
- Excellent English, both verbal and written (Russian is big advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office (Pivot tables, budget)
- Ability to work with tight schedules and be able to handle stressful situations
- Great communication skills
