Job description

Communicative, organized and able to work under pressure? If your answer is yes, additionally if you are experienced in event organization, you might be the right person who we are searching for!

As an Event & Learning Management Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Event management including selection vendors for events, preparation of event materials, management of related contracts, budget and invoicing, reporting, compliance processing
  • Learning Support Coordination: management of accesses and participants to learning programs and campaigns, coordination with Sales Representatives, analyses of feedback, 1st-line support to customers

Start: ASAP

Location: Prague 9

Limited contract with a possibility of prolongation

Requirements
  • Experience in the same or similar position min. 1 year
  • Excellent knowledge of English (min. B2+), will be used actively at work
  • Romanian min. B2 will be used in a written as well as oral form for communication with customers and vendors
  • Energetic person with a pro-active attitude
  • Knowledge of MS Office - will be used on daily basis - timetables, presentations, programs, etc.
  • Organizational skills and stress resistance
  • Reliability, focus on detail, flexibility
