Our client is a global leader in high-end technology, expanding across multiple European markets. We aren’t looking for a "recruiter" to just process CVs. We are looking for a fast-pas EMEA Talent Acquisition Partner, an independent professional who acts as a strategic engine for growth, not just a passenger.

🎯 The Challenge

You will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle for a complex international portfolio. This is a role for a senior consultant who understands that finding the right "cultural fit" is just as important as matching keywords. You will be the bridge between high-level HR strategy and ground-level execution.

Proactivity in DNA: You see a bottleneck in the process? You fix it. You don't wait for instructions; you drive the change.

Linguistic Edge: English is a must. Czech or German (B2+) is a massive advantage for this specific portfolio.

Experience: 5+ years of E2E recruitment in a corporate or international setting.

📋 Details:

Start: ideally latest by August 2026.

Location: Prague-based (Flexible Hybrid).

Terms: HPP (fulltime) / B2B / Freelance contract.

Experience: 5+ years of E2E recruitment in a corporate, high-volume, or international setting.
