EMEA Payroll Contract Specialist
Job description
We’re looking for a Payroll Contract Specialist to join our EMEA Payroll team and manage relationships with external payroll providers across Europe. If you’re organized, commercially minded, and enjoy working with different teams and managing projects, this could be a great opportunity for you.
What you’ll do:
- Manage relationships and contracts with external payroll providers across EMEA
- Negotiate contract terms, renewals, and commercial agreements together with internal teams
- Monitor vendor performance and work with providers to improve the quality and efficiency of payroll services
- Support payroll-related escalations, changes, and new country or service launches
- Coordinate projects focused on payroll improvements, process changes, and automation
- Build strong relationships with payroll, finance, legal, procurement, and other stakeholders

Requirements
- Experience in vendor, supplier, procurement, or contract management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word; AI/automation experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of payroll processes and compliance
- Experience with vendor selection and RFP/RFI processes
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach
