👀 Are you an experienced, independent Recruitrer with at least 5 years of experience? We are not looking for a manager, but an independent Recruitment Lead.
📈 We are looking for someone with high-volume experience, ideally with a track of recruiting on a number of branches/entities across Europe.
🇩🇪 If you also speak German, that would be a massive advantage!

📝 Your daily responsibilities will be:
💬 - Daily communication with hiring managers across 15 branches in EMEA, including DACH
🎯 - Sourcing candidates, talent attraction
📅 - Scheduling interviews with hiring managers, mainly white-collar administrative positions in Sales and administration (sales terrain and also office jobs; customer service, accounting, HR etc.)
🤝 - Communication with a number of recruitment agencies across EMEA
🎓 - Preparing candidates for interviews, possible case studies or testing of their experience
What you need to have already:
Strong sourcing skills across various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent pools, etc.) you will be aiming mainly for passive profiles
