Job description

Do you have experience with EDI processes and can you use English and German daily?

We are now looking for EDI Integration Specialist who would be responsible for the integration of external partners and maintenance of comapny’s check tables.

More specifically, you would:

  • Analyze and implement new integration projects
  • Be responsible of End-to-end processing of service requests
  • Support system users via phone and e-mail
  • Maintain Order Reference Checks and Process Converted check tables including business user registration and certificate uploads
  • Be the main point of contact for all integration-related questions
  • Daily support and optimization of existing partner integration
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the area of EDI and/or IT Customer Support
  • Strong command of English (C1) and very good command of German (B2)
  • Knowledge of EDI standards and basics in XSLT
  • Experience in IT related customer support and P2P processes
  • Independent candidate with analytical skills
