Experience in Customer Service is a bonus, but not required

These will be your daily responsibilities:

• Logistics service desk support
• Support for colleagues across Europe
• Communication in English and Dutch on a daily basis
• Ticketing system management
• Resolution of questions and inquiries in regard to orders
• Working in a field of growing IT environment will help you to learn more about the industry
