Job description

Our client’s company with an international scope is seeking a new team member to join its Prague office! Focused on consultancy and professional services the company has currently open one free spot for the junior role of HR Advisor where you can use your Dutch language skills!

What can you expect?

  • Daily communication via phone or e-mail
  • Creating documents
  • Working with an internal system and updating personal information changes
  • Dealing with benefit payments
  • Helping with employee promotion and providing other job changes
  • Onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Solving various HR-related queries with employees and clients
Requirements

The company expects someone with:

  • Fluent command of English and Dutch
  • At least basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experiences in the HR field are a plus but not a requirement
