Description of responsibilities:
- Sorting incoming documents
- Scan invoices and credit/debit notes
- Maintain levels of productivity and quality based on department standards
- Maintain a record of completed work
- Look after records archive according to different countries legal requirements
- Engage in process improvement initiatives
Start: ASAP
Contract for 1 year with possibility of prolongation
Location: Prague 9
Requirements
- English at communicative level to able to speak with colleagues and clients
- knowledge of French or German language is advantage
- Interest in accounting, finance or similar field is an ADVANTAGE
- Experience in international environment
