- Responsible for developing Digital Business and Strategy.
- Execution of the online strategy and building new revenue projects (RTB, listings, e-commerce affiliate models).
- Investments opportunities and coordinating M&A activities.
- P&Ls of all digital products (online services).
- Develop and coordinate the employer branding strategy of online business.
- Building strategic partnerships and co-operations in new digital business areas; coordinate the biz development and transformational programs locally and internationally; be the sparring partner and point of contact for local project teams and team leaders.
- Research, analysis and summary of market and company data.
- International exchange with digital and business development responsible of other countries Set targets and monitor target meeting by the subordinated employees.
