🔧 Advanced Technical Problem Solving – Lead resolution of complex incidents across infra and applications. Bring strong debugging skills spanning code, systems, and networks.

📊 Observability & Resilience – Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure high availability and system health across hybrid environments.

📚 Infrastructure as Code – Drive adoption of Terraform/Ansible (or similar) and GitOps practices to manage cloud and on-prem resources.

🤖 Automation & Efficiency – Eliminate toil by building tools, automations, and self-service capabilities for engineering teams.

🛡️ Reliability & Risk Management – Define SLAs/SLOs, improve operational resilience, and support disaster recovery & business continuity strategies.

📈 Capacity & Scalability Planning – Partner with product and engineering leads to ensure platforms are prepared for growth and performance demands.
