As a customer support advisor, you will be asked to attend to customers in Czech, so great fluency in the language is required. Advanced knowledge of English is also important, as the training preceding is instructed in English, and in addition to that English is the common business language in the company. Good communication skills would be appreciated, along with organizational and multitasking skills. Familiarity with technology and fast typing would also be a plus.
