- You will work as part of an international team, on behalf of a company in the IT/technology/entertainment/retail industry
- You will help to deliver an excellent customer service experience in Finnish
- You will help Finnish users to utilise their products to their potential, and troubleshoot any problems which arise

- Fluent/native Finnish
- Fluent English (B2+)
