- Provide technical support for clients – voice and chat support (in English only)
- Cooperate with technical departments on advanced issues
- Educate customers
- Provide detailed information regarding products and services in professional manner
- Meet desired KPIs given for the role

Requirements
- Fluency in English languge is a must
- Open-minded approach towards technology (if you know how to use your smartphone, you should be just fine)
