Job description

☆ GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR STUDENTS ☆

Work for an international IT company as a Customer Services Specialist support and provide technical assistance with exams.

We are looking for fluent English speakers with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills who will:

  • Validate the identity of candidates
  • Effectively manage multiple simultaneous certification exams
  • Ensure the timely start and completion of each individual exam session
  • Monitor candidates with vigilance, and intervene in the event of protocol variances
  • Provide technical assistance to exam participants
  • Follow communication of procedures, guidelines, and policies

The position also offers the option to work from home, with flexible hours.

Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional language is a plus
  • Previous customer-facing experience in a support role - advantage
  • Effectively manage multiple simultaneous certification exams
  • Fast typing skills with high accuracy
  • Advanced technical and troubleshooting skills
  • Responsible individual with attention to detals with an ablility to multi-task and manage time efectively
  • Ability to work in shifts outside normal business hours
  • Attend the training center in Brno for the first 4 weeks
