We offer a long-term part-time work in a global IT company in Brno. We are looking for Customer Services Specialist support who will supervise programmers during certification exams and provide support via chat.
Are you familiar with technology, proficient in written and spoken English and experienced in communicating with customers? We might be looking for you!
Requirements:
☑ Excelent communication skills in English (both speaking and writting)
☑ Experiences in dealing with customers in written (fast typing)
☑ Possibility to work in 8h shifts according to the schedule any day (Mo - Fr)
☑ Excellent multitasking skills and stress resistance
☑ Familiar with the technical troubleshooting

☑ Excellent English language skills (fluent written and verbal communication skills)

☑ Possibility to work in all 8 hour shifts according to the schedule from 7:30, 8:00, 10:00, 13:00 (shifts are assigned, no option to choose!)
