The will be your daily responsibilities:

  • Daily resolution of inquiries and questions from your colleagues.
  • Communication and cooperation within other teams.
  • Daily documentation of your interactions as well as finding gaps in internal processes is crucial.
  • Providing improvements to increase the effectiveness of our services will be valuable.
  • Communication via email, phone, and chat, where you will settle queries of your fellow employees.
  • Data processing and working with internal systems daily.
Requirements
  • Advanced level of Spoken and Written English (B2+)
  • Advanced level of Spoken and Written (B2+):
  • German/French/Italian/Polish/Dutch/Greek
  • MS Office Package
  • Enthusiasm to work in an international team where members are culturally distinctive
  • Loyalty, confidentiality, and flexibility
  • Customer Service, HR, and Call center experience are an advantage.
