- Monitor operations and perform troubleshooting
- Review customer communication processes and identify improvement
- Maintain relationships with various stakeholders
- Collect customer feedback and provide status reports, deriving customer focus strategies
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Team management experience, strong leadership abilities
- Experience in customer service/order management
- Strong team-orientation, customer-orientation
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills
- Goal orientation, problem solving skills
- Fluency in English and French
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
