You will be responsible for:

• Communication in Czech and English with clients who have high expectations of quality service
• Providing sales advice and support when clients are willing to buy a company product
• Processing orders in a company system
• Handling of service request (client is asking for different type of product, is willing to return product in case he is not satisfied with the product etc.)
