Clients are rich and demanding so we need a professional candidate who is already experienced in area of client care.
You will be responsible for:
- Communication in Czech and English with clients who have high expectations of quality service
- Providing sales advice and support when clients are willing to buy a company product
- Processing orders in a company system
- Handling of service request (client is asking for different type of product, is willing to return product in case he is not satisfied with the product etc.)
Requirements
- Customer service experience min 1,5 year
- Russian language native speaker, English fluently
- MS Office, Navision or SAP on user level
- Client orientation and very good communication skills
- Czech or Russian language are a plus, not must
