Job description

A leading IT company is currently looking for Dutch speakers for a customer service role in Brno, Czech Republic.

In this role, the successful candidate will cooperate with the company's clients, supporting customer inquiries on a daily basis. Essential to this is helping to build relationships with both team members and outside representatives.

Requirements
  • Fluent Dutch and English (with a minimum level of B2)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good knwledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Knoeldge of xml is an advantage
