Customer Service Representative with Turkish

Do you speak TURKISH?
We are looking for a suitable candidate for the world's largest international oil and gas company with SSC in Prague.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Provides support to customers by answering
- troubleshooting customer problems, logistic issues and taking orders
- build strong relationships with your own portfolio of customers
- Prepares correspondence and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
- work in SAP system
- ad hoc tasks
Location: Prague 3 (metro station Flora)
Start: ASAP
Working time: 40 hours/week
Requirements
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with:
- Secondary degree,
- active knowledge of English and Turkish languages
- communicative and detail oriented person,
- accurancy and customer service mindset,
- experience from customer service or administration area is an advantage,
- knowledge of SAP is advantage.
