Are you fluent in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish ?

In your new role, you would:

  • Provide support for colleagues across Europe
  • Communicate in English and Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish on a daily basis
  • Work in a ticketing system
  • Solve customers´ inquiries
  • Manage support requests and service documentation
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus, not a must
  • Good command of English and one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish)
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Time management
  • MS Office skills
