What will your job involve?

  • Handling business cases from order acceptance to invoicing
  • Communicating with customers
  • Arranging the transport of goods
  • Communicating with the export department abroad
Requirements
  • Communicative English (not afraid to pick up the phone and communicate with clients and colleagues from abroad)
  • Knowledge of MS Office - especially Excel (pivot tables)
  • Experience in back office/customer service
  • Analytical thinking, customer-oriented approach
