- Plan and execute business plans and budgets
- Implement and report on strategy programs
- Provide reports and forecasts to senior management
- Set and analyze sales targets for dealers
- Develop sales promotions and incentive programs
- Analyze and maintain parts pricing
- Support dealers with orders and customer-related cases
- Continuously review market trends and recommend improvements
- Apply Total Quality Management (TQM) principles for continuous improvement
