Are you an English speaker looking for a new opportunity? Customer Care Agents are currently needed for an international IT company in Brno.
In this position, you will:
- Provide technical support for clients (in English)
-Resolve various issues and troubleshoot technical problems
- Cooperation with technical departments on advanced issues
- Providing customer training
- Providing detailed information regarding products and services in a professional manner
- No sales activities are required, and no weekend work.
- Fluency in English language is a must (with a minimum requirement of B2).
- Good communication skills.
- A good level of technical knowledge (which will be supplemented through company training).
- EU citizens only or with valid work permit.
